Like anything that enters your body, the egg can transmit bacteria and toxins.

Therefore:

• Do not use the egg while you are pregnant or if you think you may be.

• Do not use the egg anally.

• Do not use the egg if you have a vaginal or pelvic infection or other medical condition in our vaginal, pelvic or uterine regions.

Certain press, bloggers and other literature have stated that products similar to the Jade Egg can cause infections, septic shock and possibly death.  

While we believe the Jade Egg and other products that we offer to be safe when used properly and in accordance with all provided instructions, we do not guarantee that they are safe, that you will not be injured or that any illness or other negative health consequences may be triggered by your use of these products.   Therefore, you agree that your use of the Jade Egg and any products that we may sell or offer is entirely at your own risk. .  In no event will be held liable to any party for any direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental or other consequential damages arising directly or indirectly from any use of the Site or any products or services offered thereon l, which is provided “as is,” and without warranties.
