15. How to stay motivated with exercise

Maybe this is an unpopular opinion but I feel like we waste a lot of time and energy with things like exercise and diet to try and look and be something we aren't.

And then we fall of the exercise band wagon because we are forcing ourselves to do things that ultimately don't feel good.

I have a different approach.

I like to approach exercise from a place of pleasure as well as a space of honouring my energetic needs and feminine cycle.

In this episode I share my past relationship with exercise and where I'm at now.

Where I'm at now is in a place of liberation and pleasure when it comes to how I choose to move my body day to day.

This allows me to show up for the long haul and meet my physical needs day in and day out.
